One of the fun things about my baking, is not only making sweet treats for all of my wonderful clients,
but also collaborating with some of the most talented folks in the wedding industry!
Here’s just a sampling of what I’ve worked on.
Supposedly Spring
Semi-naked cakes are a simple and elegant addition to any event, especially when adorned with a floral accent. The minimalist approach to applying frosting, allows the cake layers to peek through, creating a rustic but elegant feel. The pop of pink and greenery in this floral accent, completed the look of this cake for a beautiful Spring Styled Shoot.
Fine Art French Wedding
This three tier, whimsical cake was decorated with buttercream, rice paper, and SugarVeil to acheive the texture and complement the other talented vendors collaborating in this Fine Art French Wedding shoot.
Bohemian Rocker
This three-tiered textured cake was my contribution to a Bohemian Rocker Styled Shoot. The textured-plaster and live edge look, complemented both the venue and eclectic decor. The Main Street Ballroom was an enchanting setting for this funky and edgy styled shoot, take a look at how Emma Dallman captured the shoot.
Maryland State of Mind
If you’ve been to Maryland, you’ve probably seen the immense pride Marylanders have for their state, especially the Maryland Flag. Well, imagine that pride poured into a wedding and you get this Maryland styled photoshoot, complete with this Maryland Flag cake! Not only did the cake feature a Maryland flag band around the bottom tier, but the cake itself was checkerboard red velvet, black chocolate, and vanilla to further incorporate the theme.
